The homes in Coronation Park are built upon tree-lined streets on large properties and offer excellent value. Many of these homes have been fully upgraded and renovated.

The homes in South-West bordering the lake are older estates redeveloped over the years into exclusive residential enclaves. The majority of these original small homes have been expanded, renovated or replaced with new custom-built homes.
