Victor has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience. He has found a personal satisfaction in helping people. With experience in negotiating, budgeting, profitability, investor relations, marketing concepts, and implementation of national accounts with senior executives and CEO’s.

His career in Real Estate with Johnston & Daniel a division of Royal LePage, was chosen for what they stand for, integrity, class, sophisticated back office and exceptional people and their powerful brand awareness.

He has shown leadership and expertise in software manufacturing, software, healthcare, sales and marketing, start-ups, project management, business development. I have been able to create an immediate connection with clients. I have the sensitivity to foster long-term relationships, with keen listening skills and be part of the change environment in your home buying or listing decisions with strong negotiating skills.
