HOMES

This neighbourhood offers a mix of traditional family homes and constructed custom residences. The northern part of this area includes many smaller home sites, meanwhile in the south, many of the homes are undergoing renos or are custom-build homes due to the larger lots.  Some of the nicest homes in Oakville can be found in this neighbourhood due to the lakefront properties many of these large estates sit on.
