I started selling real estate in the very tough market of 1981. Since my first office was in Cabbagetown and my home in High Park, I soon became familiar with both of these neighbourhoods, and most in-between. Eventually I ended up living and working in several different communities across the city, from the Beach to St. Clair Village, finally landing in Riverdale, allowing easy access to all parts of the city.
In 1987, I earned my Broker's license and became an office and training manager at a boutique firm with nine offices. For the next seven years, I coordinated the training program for the company, hiring over 200 sales representatives, and managing a team of 35.
By 1994, I found I was missing the heart of real estate work – helping people to buy and sell homes, so I returned to sales, concentrating on all the great Toronto communities - including the Beach, Riverdale, Cabbagetown, Roncesvalles, Leslieville, Davisville, the Annex, Bloor West Village, Trinity Bellwoods, High Park, Summerhill, Dufferin Grove... too many to name them all!
I’ve been happily back in sales for over 20 years, and I’ve had the opportunity to work with thousands of people, helping them with the exciting challenges of both Buyers’ and Sellers’ markets in downtown Toronto.
Whether you’ve made the decision to buy or sell, or you’re just wondering about the current housing and condominium market, I’m always available to answer your questions. If you need some advice on changes and opportunities - not just about home buying and selling, but also about investment properties, new developments, rentals, co-ops – I welcome your inquiry.
Give me a call, or send me an email, and let’s talk about your dream home, downsizing or renovating challenges… whatever is on your mind. I will take a very creative ‘think outside the lines’ approach to working with you, because people have different needs and different dreams. And, I’ll always give you honest and straight-forward answers.
