For well over a decade, Lenore has provided valued guidance to people at many different stages of life - from single young adults or couples purchasing their first home, to families moving up to a larger second home, to expats returning to Canada, to seniors transitioning into a condominium or assisted living arrangement. Lenore is a trusted advisor who invariably provides all her clients with customized service delivered with the utmost professionalism.
While Lenore can frequently be found in the Toronto neighbourhoods of Lawrence Park, Rosedale, Lytton Park, Leaside and Moore Park buying and selling multi-million dollar properties for her clients, she proudly provides the same superior level of care and attention to her elderly clients and their families in their times of transition. Lenore’s unrelenting commitment to her clients has earned her numerous recognition and awards, most notably in 2013 when she earned the Director’s Platinum Award prior to joining Royal LePage Johnson & Daniel.
Lenore was educated at Queen’s University and earned her LL.B. in 1993. Currently a Senior Associate at the law firm Parker & Company located in North Toronto, Lenore’s unique combination of professional qualifications sets her apart from the industry standard. Her thoughtful guidance, which is unfailingly both discreet and confidential, continues beyond the search and listing stage to the registration of the transfer and delivery of the keys. Her clients value the legal cost savings she can offer on the purchase or sale of a home and greatly appreciate her attention to detail, efficient-manner and well-honed negotiation skills.
Born and raised in Toronto, Lenore provides her clients with more than just real estate and legal advice. A lifelong member of the Granite Club who currently lives a few blocks away from her childhood home, Lenore has an extensive knowledge of Toronto’s many unique neighbourhoods and a strong network. Her three boys are thriving in the same community she grew up in, currently attending Queen’s University, Crescent and Crestwood.
