She became a top fashion buyer for Hudson’s Bay Company, enjoyed a career as owner and operator of one of Boston’s most unique dining experiences, Betty’s Wok & Noodle Diner, and worked in marketing and production for her independent film production company, Beanwood Films in Los Angeles.
