Proven experience in real estate, well-honed consumer marketing skills, and a successful track record in pricing residential properties have made Colin one of Toronto's leading real estate agents. He has been in the top 1% of all agents in the Toronto Real Estate Board for the past 17 years. He has also won several awards for sales excellence and leadership, and most recently was recognized as No. 3 and No. 4 in the Johnston & Daniel Division for dollar volume and number of units sold for 2009. In 2008, Colin achieved the #1 spot for units sold for the firm.
Before becoming a real estate professional, Colin developed his marketing credentials as marketing manager for first-tier packaged goods companies and brands such as Colgate Palmolive, Adams Brands, Church & Dwight, and Pendaflex Canada. This experience - ranging from market research to advertising and business management - has been invaluable to our clients when it comes to listing, staging and selling their homes.
His special skills in pricing residential properties stem from his personal experience in building and renovating a number of homes over the past 27 years.
